This training session with Joel Smith can be done at a track or local strength facility.  Personal training can involve the following:

·    Specialized training for speed, jumping, agility,

·    Track and Field specific training (Jumps, Hurdles, Sprints)

·    Strength specific training, Olympic lifting technique

·    Minor muscle activation (Be Activated/RPR, MAT, NKT methods)

·    Utilization of kBox flywheel methods

·    FAT timing with Freelap system

·    NFL Combine testing and training
